Your order will generally be dispatched within 48 hours from our office in France (located in beautiful Strasbourg, Alsace) after we’ve received your payment.
The shipping costs will be indicated on your checkout page depending on the size and weight of your order, your country or postcode.
We use La Poste International shipping services.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times vary from country to country. Here are indicative delivery times:
- UK: usually 4 working days
- US & Canada: usually 8 working days
- Australia & New-Zealand: usually 10 working days
- Germany: usually 4 working days
- Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy: 5 working days
- Other European countries: 6-8 working days
- Rest of the world: 7-12 working days
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number including a link enable you to track the delivery of your package.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
We recommend that you group your purchases in a single order. We are not able to group two separate orders, which is why you will have to pay for shipping for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk. Rest assured that special care is given to packages containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected.
You’ve received your order and something is not right? You don’t like the color, the cut, the size or a detail? Our customer service team will be happy to exchange it for another size, another color or another product. That’s the AL Sportswear satisfaction guaranteed.
In order to be exchanged, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition, with the label not cut, and the item not washed, damaged or soiled.
Please include the following to your return package:
- The delivery note that was attached to your order, or your name and order number, otherwise it will be difficult for us to track your order and proceed to the exchange or refund.
- The reason why you wish to exchange the item.
- The exchanged item or the credit or refund request.
We will contact you via phone call or email after receiving your exchange or return.

The return fees are refunded by PayPal (under conditions) if you have used their payment platform for your order with us. Click here for more information.
Otherwise, the return costs are at your charge. They will, however, be refunded if it is a mistake on our behalf or a manufacturing defect.
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that AL Sportswear is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We encourage you to get a tracking number for your records.
